TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions, “we”, “our”, “us” refer to Evisavn.com.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing www.evisavn.com, submitting an application, or using any of our services, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions
• You accept all policies related to processing time, fees, and refunds
• You will provide accurate and complete information

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You are responsible for any loss, delay, or cost caused by incorrect information or violation of these Terms.

2. NATURE OF SERVICE

Evisavn.com provides visa support services including:

• Vietnam E-visa application support
• Vietnam Visa on Arrival (VOA) approval letter processing
• Urgent / last-minute visa services (as fast as 10–15 minutes)
• Airport fast-track / VIP / pickup services

We act as an intermediary service provider assisting clients in working with the Vietnam Immigration Department.

Final visa approval and entry permission are decided solely by Vietnam Immigration Authorities.

3. DEFINITIONS

• Time zone: Vietnam Time (GMT+7)
• Date format: MM/DD/YYYY
• Working hours: 08:30 – 17:00 (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays)

Visa Types:

• Single entry: One-time entry
• Multiple entry: Multiple entries within validity

4. PROCESSING TIME

Estimated processing time:

• Normal: 4-7 working days
• Urgent: 1 working day; 2 working day; 3 working day
• Super urgent / last-minute: 1–4 hours or 10–15 minutes (case-dependent)

Processing begins only when:

• Full payment is completed
• All required documents are correctly submitted
• Flight details are confirmed (for urgent cases)

Processing time may be affected by:

• Incorrect or incomplete information
• Additional document requirements
• Immigration system or government delays

The service is considered completed once the visa or approval letter is sent to the registered email or/and successfully entry upon arrival via assistance with our agent.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect email address provided by the client
• Spam/junk email filtering
• Failure to notify us within 3 days of non-receipt

5. FEES AND PAYMENTS

Visa services include:

Service Fee (paid to Evisavn.com)

• Processing and handling
• Consultancy and support
• Urgent/emergency processing

Government Fee (if applicable)

• Visa stamping fee at airport (VOA):
  • USD 25 (single entry)
  • USD 50 (multiple entry)

Additional Services (optional)

• Fast-track / VIP service
• Airport pickup
• Photo assistance

All payments must be completed before processing begins.

Fees and requirements may change without prior notice according to Vietnam Immigration regulations.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the urgent and time-sensitive nature of visa processing:

All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE once processing has started.

No refund will be issued in the following cases:

1. The application has been submitted to Immigration
2. Visa approval letter or E-visa has been issued
3. Service arrangement (including arrival airport service) has been completed
4. Cancellation request is made after boarding the flight with the help from our staff
5. No written cancellation request is provided
6. Incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the client
7. The client does not use the visa (including incorrect entry method such as not entering by air for VOA)

Additional Non-Refund Condition (Chargeback Protection Clause)

No refund, reversal, or chargeback will be accepted under the following conditions:

• The visa (E-visa or visa approval letter) has been issued and delivered;
• The applicant has successfully boarded the originally declared flight and/or entered Vietnam using the issued visa;
• Any minor delay in visa issuance did not result in denied boarding, missed flights, or proven financial loss directly caused by our service.

By completing the payment, the client acknowledges that:

• Processing timelines are estimated, especially for urgent and last-minute services;
• Minor or non-impactful delays do not constitute service failure;
• Successful use of the visa confirms that the service has been fully delivered.

In such cases, the service is deemed completed, and any refund request, dispute, or chargeback will be considered invalid.

Exception

If the visa application is officially rejected by Vietnam Immigration, the expediting fee will be refunded.

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Selecting correct visa type and entry details
• Checking all visa information before departure
• Notifying us of any errors at least 24 hours before flight

We are not responsible for:

• Entry refusal due to incorrect information
• Incorrect visa selection
• Overstay or violation of immigration laws

8. URGENT & LAST-MINUTE SERVICE DISCLAIMER

For urgent and emergency services:

• Processing time is based on best effort and not guaranteed in rare force majeure situations
• Immediate cooperation from the client is required
• Delays in client response may affect results

9. DISCLAIMER

• Visa approval letters may be issued in group format
• Processing time depends on Immigration authority
• Airport waiting time may vary

We are not liable for:

• Immigration refusal decisions
• Missed flights or travel disruptions
• Loss of hotel, tours, or bookings

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is strictly limited to the service fee paid.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

11. COMMUNICATIONS

By using our services, you agree that we may contact you via:

• Email
• Phone
• Messaging platforms

for service updates, support, and promotions.

By proceeding with payment, you confirm that:
