Vietnam Visa On Arrival Fees (VOA fees)
To obtain a Vietnam visa on arrival, two types of fees must be paid:
❶ service fee, also known as the visa approval letter fee or application fee, which must be paid online when applying to have the visa application processed
❷ stamping fee, which must be paid in cash upon arrival at the airport to receive the Vietnam visa stamp
Key Considerations for the Cost of Vietnam Visa on Arrival
- The service fee is determined by the type of visa you wish to obtain, the number of people applying, and how quickly you want your visa approval letter processed.
- Our payment guideline provides detailed information on how to pay the service fee. The Vietnam visa stamping fee is fixed by the Vietnam Ministry of Finance and can only be paid in cash.
- It is recommended to pay in USD to avoid exchange rate discrepancies.
- You should prepare the exact amount of stamping fee payable in cash at the airport in Vietnam.
